  • After reviewing the concern, our team will determine whether a replacement, exchange, or refund is applicable.

5. Manufacturer Warranty

  • For products covered under a manufacturer warranty, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly for support, repair, or replacement claims.

6. Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 16–30 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise communicated.
