Cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed, dispatched, or handed over to shipping partners.
Once shipping has begun, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

After reviewing the case and verification by AMRISA ORGANICS, replacement or refund may be processed subject to approval.
4. Product Not as Described
If you believe the product delivered does not match the description on the website or does not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days of delivery.
After reviewing the concern, our team will determine whether a replacement, exchange, or refund is applicable.
5. Manufacturer Warranty
For products covered under a manufacturer warranty, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly for support, repair, or replacement claims.
6. Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 16–30 business days.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise communicated.
